The source code for Mojo Hand is available for non-commercial applications. It can be run in stand-alone mode in a terminal or it can be used as a web service.
Mayo Clinic policy prevents us from posting the source code. If you need access to the source code, please contact us at mojohand@talendesign.com. The source code will be made available to interested parties for non-commercial purposes under a non-exclusive license.
A spreadsheet is also available for generating recipes for specific TALENs. It includes a reagent inventory feature that takes plasmid concentration into account. Paste in RVDs and print out the recipe. The spreadsheet comes with the example SUC2, the example used in the FAQ.
